Meet the Founders
BricksIQ started long before the business did. Ayo and Anthony are childhood friends - same town, same school, same university, and graduated together in 2016. Post-grad life took them in different directions.
Ayo went into the world of recruitment, while Anthony began his career in property management. In 2021, Ayo co-founded one of the UK’s most influential recruitment businesses, scaling it from zero to 40+ employees across Europe and the USA before exiting in 2025.
The journey wasn’t linear, but the fundamentals remain the same. Build the right team, create the right systems, and hold yourself accountable to the numbers. That is how Ayo and Anthony run BricksIQ, and that is how they manage every property in their portfolio.

Meanwhile, Anthony has spent nearly a decade in the highly regulated property sector, in senior management and estate management positions. He has led teams across high-end, large-scale residential developments, managed thousands of homes, multi-million-pound budgets and complex portfolios including Barking Riverside, one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects. Through this, he developed strong operational discipline and a deep understanding of what drives long-term asset performance.
BricksIQ was born from their shared experience, not just as professionals but as landlords themselves. They set out to build the service they wished existed. Transparent, proactive and detail-driven property management that goes far beyond rent collection, helping landlords get more from their properties, without the stress.
